“OAXACA”
First time setting foot in the Americas. In the Global South, where I look alike, where I blend in. I was invited by Qasim and Kasper from DONDA, a latin inspired restaurant in Copenhagen. It was 14 days of eating, exploring, indulging the culture and history that lies so deeply rooted in this country and its people. Ancestral arts, knowledge and wisdom passed on for generations shows clearly and it was a very special time being in Oaxaca for the first time.
